The Research On The Information Resource Planning Keystones Of Firefighting Informatization Construction

With the rapid development of information technology, IT has been affect thesupervision and enforcement, fire-fighting, force management, all aspects of the fireforces. Many departments deployed a series of fire service, fire informationmanagement software, established fire professional websites, and began to implemente-government, firefighting informatization construction has been shown manybenefits. But on the whole, the level of firefighting informatization construction is nothigh, there are many shortcomings and weeknesses, the lack of scientific top-leveldesign, the level of information sharing between the various systems is not high andthere are information silos, therefore, we need to solve the problems in theinformatization process urgently through information resource planning.This paper attempts to start the system discussion from the national fireinformatization construction and information resource planning, to disclose theimportance, objectives, main content and focus of the information resource planning inthe firefighting informatization construction. It takes the basic theory of theinformatization construction as the point-cut and makes in-depth study on the keycontent of information resource planning of firefighting informatization construction,which means firefighting information resource database and firefighting informationresource network planning. Under basic conditions and business needs of the fire forces,the firefighting information resource network is divided into four parts for discussion:computer network, wired network, wireless network, and satellite network; I Plan theinformation content, construction standards system, integration and sharing of theinformation resource database; for the following, I take Suzhou fire brigade as anexample, analyze the status of detachment-level information resource network andinformation resource database planning and point out the problems; finally I make ainitial thinking of impact factor of the implementation of firefighting information resource planning. I hope those thinking and study can provide useful help forfirefighting informatization construction and improve the overall effectiveness of publicfirefighting service.
