| The regional national autonomy is the basic political institution for solving ethnical issues in our country. Its implementation should need the safeguarding of the legal system building. This thesis studies some fundamental theories such as the purpose, values and the functions of the legal system building on the regional national autonomy, reveals the shortcomings of the legislation and enforcing the law and keeping the law. Meanwhile, it gives some advices to improve legislation, enforcing the law and keeping the law in order to promote the legal system building on the regional national autonomy. |
