Human capital is a kind of initiative and creative capital existing in human body; science & technology innovation is the strategic highland for enterprise to gain continuous development and win intense competition. Starting from analyzing the nature of human capital, this thesis exposes the inherent connection between human capital and science & technology innovation by discussing that human capital is the resource and motive of corporation science & technology innovation, as well as the development of economic and social interest. Meanwhile this thesis explores the patterns and ways in which corporations improve innovative capability of human capital and stimulating measures that corporations take to fully bring human capital into play.
