On Risk Management In The Enterprise's Growth Strategy

This article has been based on work carried out under the team of project funded by Natural Science Foundation of Hunan Province. The author attempts to deeply study the various risk of Chinese enterprise growth, in order to find the solution that the enterprise can pass the growing Thottleneck?easily. This article consists of six sections. The preface briefly introduces the background of Chinese enterprise growth and produces reasons of risk management The first chapter produces the concept and discusses the importance of enterprise growth and risk management. The second chapter discusses the present situation of Chinese enterprise growth and analyses the main risk .The author points out that the reason why Chinese enterprise is not smooth and successful is the various risk is solved unsuccessfully The author also points out that theree strategy risk, technology risk, market risk ,finance risk and system risk that the enterprise should meet through its growth .The third chapter mainly analyses the reasons of the formation of Chinese enterprise growth risk. The fourth chapter discusses the basic tactics of risk management through enterprise growth. First, the author raises the tentative idea to strengthen the risk management, that is to set up the coi-rect risk consciousness and establish perfect mechanism of risk settlement to train remarkable management quality and continuously bring forth new ideas of enterprise. Second,the author produces the replied measure of typical risk. The fifth chapter introduces the procedure of risk management. The author produces three stages of risk management that is risk analysis, risk control and risk finance, and sets the task and way of every stage, and meanwhile the author produces several ways of resolving risk settlement and the questions which is should bepaid attention to.The sixth chapter is case analysis. The author cites an instance, Lebang Industry Limited-Liability Company of Huna.n Province, produces the development course, present situation and the risk it has experienced and also introduces the tactics adopted in risk management and describes how to free from the risk successfully.
