Enterprise Information Project Risk Management Studies

Enterprise informatization is not only a key point of national informatization, but also the only way in which an enterprise seeks survival and development in competitive business environment. However, low success rate of the construction of enterprise informatization project has been perplexing most enterprises all the time. With the development thoroughly of enterprise informatization, the higher complexity of project is, the greater the risk is. In the face of the risky enterprise informatization project, implementing scientific risk management can make us control the risk better and improve the success rate of the project. However, in the field of risk management for enterprise informatization project, there still lacks the systematic theoretical research at present inside and outside, and there is no maturity mode that can really guide practice. Under the circumstances, this dissertation analyses in depth the theoretical system and technological methods of risk management of other fields, especially of project risk management and software risk management, carrying on comparative analysis with enterprise informatization project risk management, then tries to build a risk management mode directed against enterprise informatization project, and finally carries on practice to examine and improve this mode through the positive research.
