| High investment in real estate have a strong appeal to investor, which is different from other ones. Based on this conditions, more and more investors of real estate pay a high price for seeking high profit, which result in blindness in real estate investment of our country. High risk containing high profit in real estate investment appears gradually under condition of mature of market and perfect of laws and regulations.Risk factors that affect development of real estate were analysed, countermoves that are on guard and reduce risk were put forward, methods of risk discernment, evalument and assessment were discussed ,and both methods that forcast risk of real estate investment and build regulatory system of risk were given in this paper.
