With deepening of housing reform and development of market economy, emphasis should be transferred to vigorously develop housing mortgage loan market, actively push housing mortgage securitization, construct second-level mortgage market, carry out various credit activity, enrich financing facilities. At the same time, the government should set up related policy system and create a satisfactory macro-circumstance.
