| The old-age insurance system for the workers with enterprises in China, with the guidance of the Marxist social security theory, on the basis of drawing on and absorbing the theories and practical experience of other countries, and being closely integrated with the basic realities of China, has continuously developed, reformed and improved. Along with the transform of China's economic system from the pattern of a centrally planned economy to the pattern of a socialist market economy over recent years, the old-age insurance system for workers with enterprises in China, is undergoing a deep-layer of reform and innovation. In the 21ths, specially, the world's population aging will be more and more serious and rigorously challenge the old-age insurance system for the workers with enterprises in China. This article thoroughly probes the potential problems of the present old-age insurance system for workers with enterprises, and puts forward some proposals. The article includes four parts:Part one: This part describes the establishment of the old-age insurance system in China with the guidance of the Marxist social security theory, analyses the characteristics and shortcomings of the traditional old-age insurance system for the workers with enterprises.Part two: This part reviews the reform history of the old-age insurance system for the workers with enterprises, analyses the potential problems about the present system.Part three: This part gains the enlightenment to China's by comparing the old-age insurance system of other countries.Part four: This part fully uses the study methods of the combination of history analysis and logical analysis, of the experience of other countries and the basic realities of China, of the theory and practice. About the basic objective pattern of the old-age insurance system, maintaining and increasing the value of the funds for old-age insurance, and the intangible debts in the shift of mechanisms of social security, I give my own advice. |
