Since G Hamel and C.K. Prahalad pointed out clearly in 1990 that core capability is the resource of sustainable competitive advantage, core capability has led to much interesting among many scholars and operationers in the world. There have been many kinds and types of theories and articles about it. But seen from facts, this theory has begun to Show its brilliant talents and been in its early stage. It is still in fragmented situation, hasn't form a system.Having jointed the WTO, to enterprises of China which has been a member of it, it is a chance as same as threat, enterprises which want to win in fierce market competence must depend on their own core capabilities.
