Guangzhou is the center city of SouthChina, the frontier of our country. The development of real estate industry is better than other area, is in the lead position of all the big city in our country. And compared with the city as Zhuhai and Shenzhen, the experience of the development of real estate in Guangzhou is more transplantable for the other cities. This article is regarding Guangzhou City as the example, analysis the present condition of the real estate industry, the existing problem and its importance in the city's social economy development.
