Air Material Procurement And Inventory Management

To implement the scientific management of purchase and stock of aircraft equipment, this thesis applies the theory of supply chain and brings forward the suggestion that management supply chain of aircraft equipment be constructed on the basis of analyzing the present condition. Some problems must be solved, such as how to make the ordering models which accord with the fact, how to accomplish the management information system to share the information in the supply chain, how to deal with the providers properly after evaluating and choosing them scientifically. Through the theory of stocking and making decision, this thesis analyzes the above problems quantificationally and qualitatively, and puts forward the solving method to them. To explain the methods concretely, some corresponding examples are adduced.
