This thesis firstly introduces the becoming and development of logistics concept and also introduces the function and meaning of logistics management. Secondly analyses present status of Chinese logistics and its problems. Chooses the reservation and placement of common goods as research object. From researches on the present applying and advanced management of business process, it adapts some useful aspects to the fields of logistics, on this basis directs the construction of logistics systems.Through analysis on the business process belongs to fields of reservation and placement and using SCM and BPR, today's advanced management concept, this thesis tries to optimize and redesign the business process. And discusses the common steps and measures of logistics reengineering. Puts forward business process under the situation of supply chain management based on IT, and tries to provide logistics reengineering with adequate theory basis and practical reengineering mode.Lastly values this project to finding experiences and shortcomings, so as to make further completion to meet the needs of reengineering of logistics.
