Research On Agile Supply Chain Management

Based on the traditional supply chain management, the concepts of agile supplychain and agile supply chain management system are given. The problem of achievingagility in supply chain is fully dealt with from the supplier, internal enterprise andcustomer interface. Integrated with the agility evaluation model of enterprise, anevaluation model of supply chain agility is established. The operation of agile supplychain's organizing mode-agile virtual enterprise is fully discussed. Aiming atoptimizing the material flow, information flow and fund flow in supply chain andimproving the agility to the environment, an planning and coordinating model based onlimited inventory, supply, transportation and capital resource is introduced. Based on theCommon Object Request Broker Architecture and encapsulation technology, anintegrated framework of agile supply chain management is given. An agile supply chainmanagement system architecture is dealt with based on the re-configurable technologyand virtual enterprise. An application case of supply chain management is introducedaccording to the research and application on supply chain management in our country.
