Agile Supply Chain Management(ASCM) emphasizes on the agility of Supply Chain(SC) based on the theory of SCM, and the partners of Agile Supply Chain(ASC) may make the prompt responses and adjustments as soon as possible with the changes of market environment. The ASC inventory can be regards as a means of ASC operation management. Therefore, how to control the inventory efficiently has become an important project for ASC researches.First of all, the study introduces some basic theories of ASC and ASCM based on SC and SCM theories. Secondly, it discussed new inventory problems under ASCM in details, and believed that what the most fundamental factor of inventory problems is uncertainty, which can be removed by information technologies. Following, the paper analyses briefly the models of Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI) and Jointly Managed Inventory(JMI), on which it puts forward the latest strategy of inventory control under ASCM further, the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR), focuses on the management strategy, perational environment, implement flows, general execution process(including business process, data flows, logical data model, data dictionary), execution benefits and challenges of existing CPFR, also CPFR business process is revised efficiently to make up its own shortages of current CPFR. In the end, it introduces the present situation and inventory in the case of Yunnan Copper Co. Ltd., then on the basis of new demands, presents execution framework, exceptional identification and resolving mechanism, network structures, notification of application as well by means of CPFR.
