Management System Integration Challenges And Opportunities Of The Capital's Economy

Intergrated Management System (IMS) is the integration of ISO9001, ISO 14001, and OHSMS, which includes quality, environment and occupational health & safety management. China has entered into the World Trade Organization. So the research of IMS's impact on Capital's Economy is realistic, which the thesis will discuss and analyze.Firstly, the thesis introduces IMS's trend, IMS's concept, the possibility of integration, and the implementation process. Secondly, according to the survey on recent development of ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSMS in 37 Beijing's enterprises, the challenges and opportunities of IMS on Capital's economy are put forward by analyzing data, individual cases, and on the spot investigation and exchanging with experts. Finally, the suggestions are given to promote the IMS implementation.
