Administrative Contract Research

Along with the economic development,the widespread of democrocy and the appearing of welfare countries,the adminitrative law has developed from an instrument of autocracy,through a medium of management,and till now ,into a means of supervising the administrative pawer,of maintaining and preerving the legitimate interestes of the citizens .The field of the adminitrative law has developed so greatly that many new systems have come out in it,and the administrative contract,a newly-developed important means of administation is among them. Meanwhile,it's a comparatively complicated subject worthy of further research in administrative law theory. This paper deals with the issue of the sino-foreign administrative contract by means of background analysis and contrast. The author explores its emergence,its present condition and its future development tendencies according to its epuence of development ,in the hope of providing some inspiring ideas for the advancement of the administrative contract in our country.
