The Application Of Enterprise's Strategic Alliance In China

Strategic alliance,whose history was traced back to late 19th century,sprang up in the last decade of 20th century. Strategic alliance is an advantage-complementary and risk-sharing 100se organization composed of two or more enterprises or transnational corporations. With anticipation of the market and consideration of enterprises' running objectives and risks,two or more enterprises or transnational corporations construct a strategic alliance,of course by a series of agreements,in order to share market,to share resources and to enhance competitive advantage.In recent years,strategic alliance,which attracts much attention from both academic researchers and entrepreneurs,is becoming a main trend of enterprise competition in the era of new economy. Study of strategic alliance is now a hot spot in the field of enterprise strategic management,but there still exist many problems to be solved,especially the study of strategic alliance in China.This thesis explores the concept,type,history and present conditions of strategic alliance. The necessity and urgency of developing strategic alliance in China is also discussed in this thesis. After analyzing and comparing a great bit of corresponding materials,this thesis studies the advantage and risk of strategic alliance. In the meanwhile,the means of looking out risk,the principle of guaranteeing success of strategic alliance are also put forward in this work. Joint venture,which is the typical strategic alliance in China,has remained the focal point in the study of this thesis. The characteristics of joint venture and the feature of China enterprise's technological learning are studied thoroughly in this thesis. Based upon the analysis of different features of industry plan in Taiwan and Korea's strategic alliance development,this thesis raise the reference effect of their experiences as well as lessons for developing China's strategic alliance. In the last,this thesis proposes some means for China's enterprises' to meet international strategic alliance's challenge after China joins WTO in near future.
