Study On The University-Enterprise Knowledge Alliance Based On The Theory Of Knowledge Activity System

With the coming of globalization and information technology development, knowledge becomes the source of enterprise's competitive advantage. For the knowledge scarce, more and more enterprises resort help from outside, and construct knowledge alliance to attain knowledge assets. And through this way, university also can gain competition. Technological resources and economic resources are apart in two systems, constructing university-enterprise knowledge alliance will be the trends. This dissertation is just a new project in the circumstances.The dissertation uses the theory of economics, management science, organizational action theory and higher education theory, and utilizes the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, theory analysis and practice analysis. Taking holographic knowledge activity system as theory basis, the dissertation analyses university-enterprise knowledge alliance.On the basis of analyzing knowledge, knowledge characters and knowledge congnizing process, the dissertation takes the holographic structure of human knowledge activity system as the theory base and constructs theory blueprint of university-enterprise knowledge alliance. And analyses the impetus to construct university-enterprise knowledge alliance.Discussing the problem of construction impetus and organistional construction in university-enterprise knowledge alliance, in which we discuss three problems. First, analyzing the impetus to construct university-enterprise knowledge alliance. Second, analyzing organizational characteristic and function mechanism of university-enterprise knowledge alliance. Third, using fuzzy theory to select partner, in which the soft indexs are put into consideration. Forth, university-enterprise knowledge alliance is a double-moral hazard model, we use principal-agent thory to select adequet organization mode, which is the game result of material information circumance and condition.From the holographic structure of human knowledge activity system, we measure off the types of university-enterprise knowledge transfer. And analyze the knowledge transfer process in university-enterprise knowledge alliance. Then, analyse the affecting factors to knowledge transfer, based on which, we put forward realisting mechanism of knowledge transfer in university-enterprise knowledge allianceAnalyzing the process and mode of cooperative innovation process and the relationship of cooperative innovation, learning and innovation competence in university-enterprise knowledge alliance.
