In the past decades,the digital information revolution has changed the world's political,economical and cultural patterns. It's said that new-economy is coming now,which means knowledge-economy based on the knowledge. With the new-economy coming,the situation of corporation operation has been changing vastly for the competition is becoming vehemently and having bigger risk and knowledge have more importance. Knowledge is becoming the real capital and primary wealth in modern economy. Changing of environment of marketing have impacted companies greatly so it's a pressing problem for every company how to adapt to the development of economy and to improve its competitive capability. The marketing strategy has been more important to the survival of corporation so that corporation should ahead of time make reasonable strategy which is one the crucial factors to catch hold of the opportunity brought by new economy. The emphases of marketing strategy are to buildup the core capability and competition capability of company and to extrude its feature. In order to do that the company has to take marketing innovation improving the usage effect of the market resource.There are three parts in my article. In the first part I analyze the meaning of new economy and its characteristic and the trend of marketing circumstance changing. 1990's has seen the longest period of economy growth in United States after world war II .which has been applauded as new-economy for it has higher growth and higher employment and lower inflation trait. The term was put forward on the Business Weekly issued on Dec.30,1996 based on American economy growth. In this economy growth manner hi-te especially information technology has been the dominating force to the economy and will be that. In 1996,the report,named with economy based on knowledge,published by OECD is the landmark in discussing the new economy. New-economy can be defined as a new one discriminating with traditional economy in which traditional industry is pillar industry,on the contrary,which needs hi-te being pillar industry and intelligence being the mainly supporting. So it's everlasting to develop economy which has following characteristic:1) it promote the harmony between human and nature and develop ceaselessly;2) Knowledge and intelligence has final function in economy development;3) It's world-integration economy which require goods,capital,labor,service and information to flow all over the world;4) it require decisions should be made on the base of science and knowledge;5) it's on the base of economy so information has made everything invisible;6)knowledge innovation is its main strive in development including system innovation,technology innovation and knowledge innovation. In a word,having been changing the market environment,the new economy base on the knowledge,which confine the company's operation and is always moving continuously to produce opportunity or danger to the company. As a new one,it acts as theengine to the economy growth and creates a new executive manner never met before. Innovations have been the only way to meet the face the new economy.In the second part of the article,it mainly discussed that company should set down new marketing strategy to adapt to the changing circumstance effectively. Everything is changing,such as the customers,the service of the company,the rivals,the market and company itself. Changing can deal with changing. In order to survive and develop in the world,company has to make best of all the things it has to get the competitive superiority. General speaking,the company can take innovation in following fields,which include to modify the market management model existed for many years and to produce more new goods and provide better service satisfying the needs of the customers,to sell goods through www-web which can shorten the transacting time,save cost,diminish the restriction of the space and to do business all the world around the o'clock.
