Based On Clean Production In Zhejiang Province Of Sustainable Industrial Development

Cleaner production has been commonly responded by international society and become a tide of environmental protection after it was put forward in the developed countries since the end of 1980s,such as the USA. It has been regarded as a turning point of environment strategy from passive reaction to active action. It is an idea and method which can change the intrinsic production and consumption model of mankind and promote sustainable development.This paper's researching object is cleaner production The content is as following:1. Analyzed the concept of cleaner production and sustainable development. On this foundation,'based on the economy theory of 'resource is rare' 'energy quality is not reversibility 'and 'pollution is not economy ',go on economy analysis for cleaner production. Cleaner production is the necessity of industry sustainable development.2. Compared with cleaner production and "end control" .Through plenty of case and data, analyze cleaner production for domestic and international enforcement and effect, as well as enterprise to implement the example of cleaner production , prove that clean production is the way that has good environmental and economic effect. At the same time ,according to the status of insufficient clean production quantification research, suggest that appraisement method of benefit of cleaner production, appraise economic and environmental benefit.3.Discuss how to establish effective clean production mechanism to promote the cleaner production of enterprise.
