The Success Of The Two Bombs And One Satellite Engineering Experience And Enlightenment

The success of the "two bombs,one satellite" has a strong impact on the whole world. There are many articles about it,but most of them are reports,recalls and analyses in the macroscopic view. In order to promote the deep research of big science and the healthy development of the big science of China,this dissertation discusses the experience of the enlightenment of the project of the "two bombs,one satellite".First,this dissertation briefly reviews the process of the decision-making and the development of two kinds of bombs and the satellite,and concisely analyzes the research institute of the atomic bomb. Then,it systematically discusses the factors of the success in the project of the "two bombs,one satellite" from the angles of the management and the technology. It summarizes the experience of the management aspect such as the pre-research and the Chinese current engineering,and the experience of the technology aspect such as the democracy in the technology,tracking advance technology and technical innovation. Also,this dissertation points out that,the enlightenment on the practice is,firstly,if the manager of the scientific research institute has no consciousness of the management science,he could not develop the theory of management. Secondly,if we want the scientific programming to be propitious for the science,the precondition is that the scientists and the managers must ally closely. And the dissertation puts forward the conception of the medium-science,and orients the big science and the little science for the first time. It also argues that big science is the first technology actualization of the national scale (independent repeated actualization is included). The characteristics of big science are that it could be expected and programmed,and that it possesses national scale and this scale mainly is engineering. Big science is different from little science,medium-science and huge project. Medium-science and big science have the same essence,and they are both the logical development of little science. Also,little science can grow from the development of big science and medium-science. Most important,big science must coexist with little science and they must promote each other.
