Xinjiang Production And Construction Corps, Economic Development Strategy

Xinjiang Production and Construction Group (hereinafter as XPCG) is a special organization which is carrying out combining the party and military who undertake the historic task of border defense and land reclamation. Since found XPCG, it has made obvious progress on society and economy development. However, XPCG has to face many difficulties and problems on economy development due to the limitation of system and natural condition etc. Facing the impact of economy globalize wave and domestic competition internationalization after China is being a member of WTO, we realize the serious situation of international competition. Meanwhile, XPCG must make and proceed correct economy developing strategy. The basic content of XPCG economy developing strategy is made up of structure priority strategy, science vitalize XPCG strategy, export-oriented driving strategy, continuous developing strategyand town construction strategy. This article shows us some ideas and advice based on making and proceeding the above five strategy combined with the condition of XPCG.
