As a result of superior technology and exquisite packing, such cigarette is selling well in Japan and other overseas countries, which has brought about favorable economic benefit and corporate image. In order to expedite the modernization of business management, improve the corporate competitiveness in the market and enhance the flexibility in the market economy, the decision-makers of the enterprise have made up their minds to set up an advanced computerized management system in its "Tenth Five-Year' plan.The system is mainly aimed at building up processed management software with logistics, fund flow and management information flow as the main threads, by importing such software as designed on the basis of advanced overseas ERP management thoughts and by integrating our own characteristics into it; so that the production organization, sales operations and overall budget control of an enterprise are organically integrated to enable the concept of financial management being the core of business management and bring about the maximization of corporate economic performance.In general, the subject of this thesis is as follows: during the process of establishing an ERP system, how to systematically carry out such task among various departments of an enterprise; in each process of logistics, fund flow and management information flow, how to smoothly connect each sector with others and coordinate and supervise among each process to achieve advanced reproduction of management process. The other issue is, how to organically integrate the idea of overall budget management with the ERP system to make overall budget management the soul of the ERP system and the ERP system a guarantee mechanism for the accomplishment of overall budget management, thus improve the overall management of the enterprise in all respects.
