Along with the "profits headspring" of production realm increasinglydrying up, people start to pay attention to " the third profits"-----currencyrealm. In 20 century, people gradually take the logistics seriously. Especially under the society and the business enterprise's objective request, the third-party logistics increasingly becomes the main current and is called "the gold industry" of 21 century. Since the third-party logistics enters the view of people in 1990s, it has got the fast and fierce development. In addition, the market of the third-party logistics in China resembles a big iceberg for digging and has a good foreground. Because of the profound influence of long-term planned economy, the supply and demand of the third-party logistics become disjointed. In the same time, the "five powers" analysis of industrial structure also expresses that the third-party logistics is still in the early stage. On the foundation of the third-party logistics formation, its development is divided into three kinds of models: traditional storage-conveyance expanding model, industry and business enterprise's self-management model and postal transformation model. Why do the traditional storage-conveyance enterprise, industry and business supply section and social postal service section transfer to the third-party logistics? What advantages do they have? How do they develop? This article makes the detailed analysis and research. Certainly, the three kinds of models are compared each other in this article. This article also brings up their blemish. The development of the third-party logistics strongly demands the support of government section. In a word , the third-party logistics of China can draw lessons from what I have talked about above.
