Supply Chain Dominated By Third Party Logistic Corporation

In recent ten to twenty years, the third party logistics has developed quickly and become more and more important. Meanwhile, with transition of demand of consumers from tangible quality to both intangible and tangible quality, it is very important for members of supply chain to cooperate and ally with each other. According to this kind of alliance, the third party logistic corporation will be integrated into supply chain and become beneficial community to enhance the competence of supply chain. So, in reality, with the importance in supply chain of third party logistics boosting up gradually, I put forward a new pattern of supply chain--supply chain dominated by third party logistic corporation.This thesis tries to introduce the supply chain dominated by third party logistic corporation according to transition of demand of consumers. Firstly, analyze two main patterns of supply chain in reality and tendency of development of supply chain and the third party logistics. Secondly, bring forward supply chain dominated by third party logistic corporation, including three developing phases of this pattern and the reasons why it comes into being. Thirdly, expatiate that what is important for third party logistic corporation to dominate supply chain are transition of conception and analysis of inside and outside environments, and put forward three methods of how to realize third party logistic corporation to dominate supply chain. Finally, advance some holdbacks which exert bad influences on the pattern of supply chain dominated by third party logistic corporation.
