Tianjin Petrochemical Instrument And Electrical Engineering Center Business Strategy

The Electricity and Instrument Engineering Center of Tlanjin Petrochemical Corporation is a subsidiary of Tianjin Petrochemical Corporation. How to fit in with the development of new economic situations and commit the losses or profits of itself independently, it is a severe challenge.I finished this paper combining my career experience with the knowledge learned from MBA courses such as business strategy, management, marketing etc. in Dalian University of Technology.In this paper, through the detail analysis from the present situations of advantages, disadvantages and the development potentialities of Tianjin petrochemical Corporation, combining the specialties and the advantages of the Center, the business strategies to the Electricity and Instrument Engineering Center of Tianjin Petrochemical Corporation are put forward.First of all, we should set up the modern enterprise system, implement two replacement', establish effective mechanisms of incentive and restraint, build alliances with other corporations, and draw on technological innovation to solidify and expand the advantages. Meanwhile, in order to implement the business strategies smoothly, we should establish relevant assured measures, thus the Center will get rid of trouble and change from suffering losses to making profits gradually.
