Refinery Rotating Equipment Management At Different Levels To Study

Rotating equipment is very important for transmitting liquid and providing power in petrochemical production. With high speed and continual working conditions, this kind of key equipment has high temperature, high pressure and strong corrosive working liquids. All these consequently cause increasing failure rate and add heavier burden on maintenance under limited human resource, financial support and materials. To solve this problem it's necessary to break the traditional maintenance management system and set up a new one suitable for company's statusJinzhou Petrochemical Corporation is based on China National Gas & Petroleum Combine. It's Mechanical Filiale is mainly responsible for the maintenance and installation of all rotating equipments in oil refining devices. This dissertation, taking Mechanical Filiale as an example, chiefly discusses the foundation of Rotating Equipment Classification Management System (RECMS), in allusion to the present problems such as heavy workload, limited resources, low working efficiency, etc. RECMS aims at classifying rotating equipment as A,B, and C by Safety Factor Assessment and management in different ways respectively. Replacing the former passive "after the event maintenance" and "overplus maintenace", RECMS can distribute limited resources logically and save labors and materials, which provides workers with more time for training.RECMS also needs corresponding assistant measure. PSCE (People, System, Computer, and Environment) is adopted to do the trick. It particularly emphasizes on training, perfect system, computer management and safe production in order to ensure that every method and measure be applied efficiently.
