The effects it tourism is phenomeon during the development of tourism And develops because of tourism developing. The decvelopment of tourism's effect is complex on some content because it is influenced by many things together. On the basis of summrise of the research in tourism's effect This artcle analyzes the formation and development of tourism's effect and the sample of Baishuitai. This artcle discusses the following main problem.(1) This artcle analyzes and summrizes the some internal and external documents, It retrospects the historical researches of social effects of tourism and prospects the researches tendency of it and discusses the researches significance.(2) This artcle points out the concept , content, speciality,and appearence of the effects of tourism.(3)It summarizes and develops the earlier achievements of research theory on the effects of tourism and discusses their effects to the development of the effects of tourism.(4) This artcle analyzes the effects to the development of the effects of tourism.by tourists,destination,the relation bettween destionation and tourists,and the mangement of tourism.it summarizes the mechnism of the effects of tourism 'sdevelopment.(5)It puts forward the adjustment policy for the effects of tourism which based on the above researches.(6)It takes Baishuitai as a sample for analysis of effects on the local area made by the tourism development. It analyzes the effects of tourism in Baishuitai and the cause of it and puts forward the adjustment policy.(7)Summary and Discussion. After the research of the theories and practices. It summarizes and retrospects the problems and limitations of this research, discusses the research tendency and prospect of this matter.
