The Enterprise Comprehensive Strength Measure Study

The study on measurement theory upraised in western countries in 1960s, especially Japan and America. At that time, major application of the theory was in information economic field, such as, Porat's measurement theory, Japanese informative index method. The scholars of our country engaged in researching on measurement theory from 1990s. And the application of the theory was extended rapidly along with the unceasing development of economic & management theory. Now, measurement theory combination with enterprise management, have offered a new research field to measurement theory. A lot of scholars applied measurement theory in enterprise certain ability. But enterprise comprehensive strength is in blank yet.At the same time, along with the unceasing development of society, the instability and complexity of enterprise dealing was unprecedented. Enterprise should have more effective to deal with the business than its rival because of intense competition.So enterprise must strengthen the comprehensive strength, and raise the competitive ability of enterprise continuously. Because of there is no scientific method about enterprise comprehensive strength measurement now, it need to establish the index system of appraisement and calculation method on enterprise comprehensive strength urgently.This paper has put forward quantify describe on enterprise comprehensive strength firstly. And the model has been established in the paper firstly. The measurement model is made up of strategic ability, technologic ability, managerial ability, core marketing ability, and so on. The model is established from the storage, the quality and the value three aspects. And then it is helpful to describe the comprehensive strength in quantization, which will help the enterprise to know its own comprehensive strength precisely.raThe study of enterprise comprehensive strength make measurement theory has gotten more thorough and extensive application.And it will offer a quantification date for the comparison of enterprises comprehensive strength.It will make enterprise have an accurate knowledge of itself strength, and then they can use the strategically resource effectively, such as enterprise human resources, material resources and financial resources. It will help enterprises to do big, do strong, and do well.There are three parts in this paper. In the first part (including chapter l)it narrates the domestic and foreign study related and the cause of writing this paper. In the second part(chapter 2) it sets up the model of the measurement of enterprise comprehensive strength and explain how to use it. In the last part it sets up the index systems and deducing methods of seven dimensionalities of the model.
