Enterprise Information Construction And Evaluation Study

Enterprise Informatization(EI) is the basis of the National Economic Informatization and the most important factor in the promotion of the National Economic Informatization. With the development of the global informatization, Chinese Informatization is continuously growing in range and depth, and going deeply on both macrostructure and microstructure levels. But here we have to admit that the research on the Chinese Informatization is still on the starting point, especially in the systematic study, index system of evaluation, positive analysis.This paper carries out a systematic research on the theories, evaluation methods of the Chinese Business Informatization, by using the methods of cononical and positive analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and following the approach from studying the theories to comparing countries, then to designing indicators of evaluation system, to positive analysis and finally to suggestions and ways.This paper includes 5 chapters.Chapter one: Research on the theories of El. Based on comparation and lessens from the definitions as to the El from researchers at home and abroad, the author puts forward definitions of the El Then, this chapter introduces content of the El, classifies from five aspects. Furthermore, the author introduces the role of the ElChapter two: The condition and developing strategy of China's Bl. Firstly, by studying on the data of looking into China's Bl in 2001 and looking into 500 first business of China's Bi in 2003, this part discusses the condition of Bl, classifies from six aspects. Then, the author expounds the problem of China's Bl.Chapter three: the economic analysis of Bl. Firstly this chapter starting with famous Cobb-Douglas production as a basis of analysis, makes research into the relation between input of El, and growth of output, and carries out a positive analysis of industrial businesses. Then conducts the demand-supply analysis and cost analysis of Bl with the new economic theory.Chapter four: the study of statistical measurement of Bl. The beginning of this chapter is a study of measurement of Industrial Informatization which designs an indicator evaluation system of Industrial Informatization, identifies the weight of every indicator by the means of AHP and makes a positive analysis of manufacturing. Then the author designs the indicator evaluation system of El of Chinese enterprises, and gives a detailed explanation of the calculation method of indicators that improves the practicability.Chapter five: the design of measurement system of Bl. To improve the operation ability of measurement of Bl, on the basis of the indicator system designed in Chapter four, the author expounds the designing orientation of measurement system of Bl, and completes the system by VB programming.The study of statistical measurement of Bl is emphasis of the paper, and is an extensive field. There is no end to the pursuit of innovation. In the future study, we should carry out a deepen study to the construction and consummation of El's statistic index system, the open and protection policy of El's construction, the push model of El by stages, etc.
