Improve The Market Competitiveness Of Enterprises Of China's Civil Aviation Maintenance Countermeasures

The essence of market economy is competition. It shows the competition process from beginning to the end, enterprise is the core part in the market economy. Competition runs through the whole process of enterprise's life cycle. In other words, Competition is the way of enterprise's existence and development in market economy environment. Therefore, the enterprise which can exist and develop in the market must have the capability of competition, after reform and opening to the outside world for more than 20 years, the degree of marketability of Chinese economy is deepened, competition is becoming the main environment of enterprise's existence and development, the capability of competition is becoming the basic precondition. Especially after China joined in WTO, the Chinese enterprises, especially Chinese civil aviation maintenance enterprises have changed the competition from domestic to international. Therefore, the Chinese enterprise which want to have one place for existence and development in international competition must pay more attention to the competition not only between national maintenance enterprise and national maintenance enterprise, national maintenance enterprise and privately owned enterprise, privately owned enterprise and privately owned enterprise, but also Chinese maintenance enterprise and foreign maintenance enterprise. The Chinese maintenance enterprise should make great efforts to breed its international capability of competition.For many years, because of the influence of planning economy, most of Chinese civil aviation maintenance enterprises have many problems compared with the developed countries in civil aviation. In this case, it is posed a new problem to study the capability of competition of Chinese civil maintenance enterprises. This thesis hopes to give some advice to Chinese civil aviation maintenance enterprises in theory, and also hopes to give some advice in practice for building the superiority of competition.The thesis is based on economy and management,combine with the present situation of China civil aviation maintenance enterprises and the practice of the developed countries' maintenance enterprise. First of all, I introduced the present situation of China civil aviation maintenance enterprises by the numbers. And analyses the problems of China civil aviation maintenance enterprises and the pattern of competition of China civil aviation maintenance enterprises, and the influence after China joined in WTO. On this condition, I analyses the source of capability of competition of China civil aviation maintenance enterprises and the way of breeding the superiority of competition. Finally, I analyses the present situation of capability of competition of China civil aviation maintenance enterprises, I pointed out some countermeasures.This thesis emphasizes that the way to promote the capability of competition of China civil aviation maintenance enterprises included two aspects: one come from the interior, the other come from the exterior. The interior factors include: system arrangement, management, technology, human resource, innovation, enterprise culture, enterpriser & fund, and so on. The exterior factors include: government policy, market environment, technical environment, law environment, financial environment, trade factors, and combined with other enterprises. China civil aviation maintenance enterprises must establish the strategy according to the scale, capability of the enterprise.The subject "countermeasure researching to promote the capability of competition of China civil aviation maintenance enterprises" is the focus which China civil aviation maintenance enterprises pay more attention to after China joined in WTO. The thesis has found some countermeasures through researching.
