Research On Evaluation Model And Tactics Of The Resource Configuration Of The National Defense Science Industry

The dissertation demonstrates the basic methods of resource configuration and the relation with industrial structure from the point of new view of economics. Then it constructs the theoretical framework of resource optimizing configuration. This dissertation systematically dissects the characteristic of national defense science industry and the relation between supply and demand of its products and market structure. Simultaneously it deeply researches on the necessity and significance of implementing the developing strategy of the transfer of military technology to civil use and emphatically analyses the relation between this transfer and the resource optimization configuration of national defense science industry. It puts forward that it is an efficient way to realize the second resource configuration of the national defense science industry to develop the dual-purpose technology for military and civil use. This dissertation demonstrates the advanced idea of operational research ?Data Envelopment Analysis (its abbreviation is DEA) on which the mathematical models based evaluate the achievement of the transfer of the military technology to civil use and then approach the objective conclusion.The dissertation puts forward the tactics and proposals on the optimization of the resource configuration of the China's national defense science industry from the point of the strategic view. It point out the necessity and feasibility and concrete operation of the military enterprise's reform, puts forward to give priority to the development of the aerospace industry and lay special stress on the development of shipbuilding industry. It also demonstrates the efficient road to optimization of resource configuration of other industries in China's national defense science industry.
