Innovative Scientific And Technological Talents To Create Psychological Analysis And Training Research

In the 21th century, how to cultivate the creative talents with creative consciousness, creativity and creative personality who can fit the challenge in the future? The domestic and oversea scholars pay attention to this important question. Creative scientific talents is the elites of talents, thus, their cultivation has great value. Creative psychology is the core of creative talents, therefore, it is very necessary to observe and research the development of creative scientific talents' creative psychology. In the present academia, there is the middle stage on the research of the development of talents' creative psychology. The research achievements are not very limited, but seldom is mature. Even in respect of the systematic research, there is still a vacant field. So, this paper makes great efforts to research from the macroscopic perspective and the systematic perspective. The paper is aimed at offering the theoretical consultation for our country to cultivate the creative scientific talents in the future. At the same time, another purpose of this paper is to accumulate the material for the next academic research in this project.The paper was divided into three parts to expatiate on and analysis the creative scientific talents' creative psychology and its cultivation. The first part opened out the connotation of creative scientific talents' through expounding the essence of the talents and the psychological character of creative scientific talents. The second part brought forth the composing of creative psychology of the creative talents. The third part certificated the theoretical mode and systemic development of creative talents with the analytical method. At last, the writer drew two conclusions: Firstly, the cultivation of creative psychology of creative scientific talents needs creative education. Secondly, the cultivation of creative psychology needs the education's innovation.
