The Xiangxi Scenic Area Investment Process Empirical Research

The tourist industry of China, which has been improving rapidly,give plentiful chances for the invesror to obtain profit. Tourism investment is a special industry, especially the investment of the scenic spot, has highly complexity and risk, make it very difficult for the investor to control the cost and risk effectually.This article is based on the investment practice of Zhangjiajie Tourism Development Co,.Ltd(It is called ZTDC in my artcle) in Xiangxi district,and combining with a lot of idea cream of book and document about investment merger, item management, tourism program and financial management,systematically discuss how to invest scenic spot effectively.Firstly, starting with analyzing of the economical quality of the tourist industry, this article expounds the characteristics of the tourist industry's segmenting one by one, outlines the development tendency, investment surroundings and investment chances of Chinese, Hunan province and Xiangxi's tourist industry,gives brief account of the tourist industry's characteristics, present conditions and chance. Secondly,introduces and explains the development and investment's process of ZTDC, by introducing the process that ZTDC put the mainly business into the position of "scenic spot's investment and management", discuss how to make oneselve resources and capacities match and outside's chances, and then forms the corporation development plans and mainly business work means. Thirdly, in order to standardize scenic spot investment operation, the article systematically explains the "scenic spot investment's operating courses", which is the focal point of the research, by expressing the work characteristcs and operating rules of every segment, and combining with precedent. Finally, in order to develp the investment's time efficiency, the article puts forward key control pionts while summarizing, so that simplify the investment work properly by improving work focalization.I hope my article could supply a clear thinking of scenic spot investment for audiences, make the audiences recognize the key segment, and supply good method for scenic spot investment.
