Cooperative Relations In The Public Management Of Multiple Subjects Research

In this paper, we try to research the cooperation among the diversified main bodies from the angle of public administration. We put forward the following points of view: In the field of social public affairs, the Government is not the only center of power, and is also not the only main body of public administration. Many public and private institutions can be regarded as the centers of power at different levels, if they are approved by the public, and their activities meet the public needs. The process of public administration of social affairs can be regarded as the competition and cooperation among diversified main bodies under the leading of the Government. In this process, all the main bodies contribute to meet needs for social services.We want to apply the Corporatism Theory and the M-Form Society Theory to demonstrate the possibility of the relationship between competition and cooperation among the diversified main bodies, and how to realize the needs for public services based on the relationship. And we also try to study the realistic problems of public administration in china and put forward some countermeasures.
