In the new century of knowledge economy age,as China joined the WTO,Chinese state-owned enterprises should react actively and positively in order to obtain their competitive advantage to adapt to the new international and domestic environmental changes.CNPMC,mentioned in the essay,is the institution the author works for.The essay takes CNPMC as the example to analyze the present situation of human resource management in the state-owned enterprises of the same kind and to put forward measures to overcome the challenge.The essay consists of 3 parts.The first part introduces the principles according to which the state-owned enterprises should integrate their human resources at the age of knowledge economy.The second part analyzes CNPMC's recent situation of human resource management.The third part presents some corresponding measures of integration according to the method of integrating human resource of the state-owned enterprises with modern enterprise system in the condition of fierce market competition as CNPMC faces.
