Hydropower Engineering Program Of Investment Decisions

The thesis studied mainly the investment decision analysis and comprehensive evaluation of hydroelectric project,the chief works are as fallow.This paper discussed the index of project evaluation. The emphases are also put on the scope of analyzing index and the latest methods for application of index in decision-making evaluation of hydroelectric project.Condition are considered for application of the index in economic evaluation,on the base of which,the thesis analysis the problems in quantitative decision on hydroelectric project plan and gives some useful conclusion.In order to select the plan for a hydraulic project the conception of the entropy principle of the information theory has been introduced. This paper summarized as the problems lined up non-restraint and restraint project which are based on their characteristics weight coefficient and presented a method of real combined inherent information of projects chosen with decision-maker subjective sense. Using the model established,the conclusion shows ,that the multi-objective quantitative analysis on scheme optimum selecting is development trend for the future.Finally,two cases are provided,this paper useful demonstrated that the methods are useful.
