By the entry of 21 st Century, the market has become the dominantpower of the resource disposaI and the enterprises have become therealIy independent marketing main bodies in China. The traditionaIenterprise administration under the former mechanism can't adapt to thesurvival and deveIopment of the enterprises nowadays any Ionger.Therefore, there is a fundamental transformation to the administrationaIappraising system of the special trade types. Nowadays, theperformance evaIuation of the enterprise organization becomes the oneof the avaiIabIe ways of evaluating the enterprise administration.Through the impersonaI evaluations and analysis of the organizationaIperformance, the enterprises not only can find out the reaI reasons ofthe problems in its manufacture prosecution comparativeIy syIlabify, butcan have a definite object in view that redispose resources andameIiorate and adjust the administrational manners on the basis of theresuIts of the performance evaIuation, accordingIy, they can ensure thestanding and health deveIopment of the enterprise. This aIso is the mainbody in th is arti cl e.Based on the trade and management characters of the architectural.reconnaissance design enterprises, this articIe seIects theCNBDRl(China Northwestern Building Design Research lnstitution) asthe research object, anaIyzes and evaluates its performancessystemicalIy, opens out the immanent reasons of its being probIems,results int this enterprise is goodish in colIectivity; but its organizationalstructure is aging and irrationaI, its personneI disposal is aIso irrationalIif q finqnngn iq Iqnk nf PffPntivlisn't wholesome; its encouraging manner is simplex; its innovative capability of the Core Competence is not enough;... Moreover, this article separately gives the corresponding countermeasures and resolvents.On the basis of the research object's trade administration characters, the author utilizes the System Engineering principles to construct the pertinent Enterprise Performance Evaluation Model and finds out the key factors evaluating its performanceĉ˘ utstanding achievement, organizational structure and human resource management, encouraging mechanism and Core Competence. Therefore, the author systemically analyzes and evaluates the concrete behaves of these key factors in CNBDRI, separately using the concerned principles and measures of enterprise finance, modern organizational management, human resource management, organizational behavior and system engineering. Then, the author puts forward his own standpoints, and research roads, and expects to provide some stated demonstration and reference values to the reconnaissance design trade barely stepping into the enterprise processions.
