ERP is a modern enterprise ideology and method that faces up to Supply Chain Management. Being widely used in enterprises of western countries and getting a good performance, Since 20 years, however, although many China enterprises used ERP, their management level and some relative indexes indicating enterprise's integrated ability and management situation didn't better, improve and innovate greatly. Therefore, how to raise the success percentage of project operation and lower the enforcement risk have become main content of ERP Project Implement and research.About the process of Shuaikang Group ERP Project Implement, this thesis analyses and expounds the enforcement risk of all phases wholly and systematically. Further, the author puts forward some methods to solve these problems. What's more, firstly combining the ERP Implement methodology with PPAR to analyze and manage the enforcement risk, the author offers some new clues and new methods to improve successful ERP system implement.This thesis does monographic study on the risks of Shuaikang Group ERP Implement to form a whole and comprehensive elaboration. Firstly, this thesis elucidates the background and meaning of risk management of the ERP Project. Secondly, this thesis discusses the risk in the process of the ERP Project Implement systematically. Finally, this thesis brings about the method to solve risk management, namely, to manage the risks of project implement by using the method of "Six-step Enforcement" and PPAR of project management during ERP Project Implement. Still, this thesis deals with some points for attention from the risk management of ERP Project Implement. The author hopes to provide some regarding reference value for those enterprises and research organizations that put ERP Project into use.
