ERP blends the technology and advanced management logics, laying the foundation of the enterprises' existence and development in the electronic commerce ages with wide application in the enterprises. Many enterprises has been installed ERP, but they have not correct view of ERP function. The third part discusses the domestic problems and countermeasures in the application of ERP's functions are emphasized in according to present status of domestic. The fourth part analyzes the basic qualification of the domestic enterprise install the ERP system. The fifth part analyzes the functions of ERP in management of Tangrenshen Group, and discusses the problem in the application of TangRenShen ERP.
