Modern Knowledge-based Enterprise Knowledge Management Research

As the knowledge is considered as the main source of sustainable competitive advantage for enterprise in the era of New Economy, the knowledge-based enterprise grows up rapidly and the knowledge management has been the trend of management at modern enterprise. Being a new management model, knowledge management of knowledge-based enterprise is discussed currently in the theory and business field.The concepts and characteristics of knowledge-based enterprise and knowledge management are presented respectively in this paper. The whole process of the theory of knowledge management developed in both domestic and oversea is expounded, and Microsoft Corporation and Legend Corporation respectively representing domestic and foreign corporation successful implement of knowledge management are also introduced. In this thesis, knowledge management is creatively treated as a system using the theory of system. This paper points out that the phenomenon of self-organization and the process of self-organization exist in the system of knowledge management. Operation mechanism of knowledge management and constitution of sustain system covering innovation system, organization system, information and Internet system and human resource development system, necessary needed by implement of knowledge management are also discussed. Based on these, the patterns of knowledge-based enterprise and knowledge management are pointed out to be the inevitable development trends for enterprises, the detailed analysis on the running status and existing problem about the implement of knowledge management at domestic knowledge-based enterprises are presented and corresponding eight pieces of resolution are brought forward. For broaden the research field, the knowledge management is discussed in philosophy perspective.
