Diversification Strategy Selection Method Based On The Amount Of Energy

The dissertation' major content is the diversification strategy selecting method research based on various available affecting factor and methods. Focusing the enterprise strategic action and integrating enterprise resource and enterprise competence,the author presents the power of strategic action as the thinking factor of the diversification strategy selecting,and then analyses the component,valuing and using this method. For their more,this dissertation present the power of strategic action decision model. The main research content is as follows:the power of strategic action can divide into ten modules according to the basic value chain. The different composition of the modules comprises the totality of the power of strategic action. As the enterprise put the diversification strategy into practice,the special power of strategic action is in the three status possessing;no-possessing,but can acquire it at the cost of the universal power of strategic action;no-possessing;the universal power of strategic action is in the four status:super edge status,edge status,under edge status,negative under edge statuso The power of strategic action also can divide into four status:possessing both power of strategic action,possessing neither power of strategic action,possessing universal power of strategic action but special power of strategic action,possessing special power of strategic action but universal power of strategic action. There are four diversification strategies according to the four status of the power of strategic action:positive interfere,rigid interfere,avoiding interfere and forbidding interfere,The valuing process and the valuing method of the power of strategic action during enterprises implements the diversification strategy.At the same time this dissertation analyzes the difference among the power of strategic action method and other selecting methods in diversification strategy making. With the case of a hospital,this dissertation demonstrates the practicability and rationality of this way,and summarizes the disability of this method.
