In modern market-oriented economy.salary managements an important aspect of personnel management,functions to attract,reserve and inspire talents for the enterprise.lt makes great difference in making the enterprises competitive espesially China's enterprises under transformation.In order to establish normalized salary management system that meets the features and needs the enterprise,hence benefit the healthy development of the enterprise and fully exploit the labor resources potential,the thesis.taking Huafang Limited Company as an example,studies and analyzes the present operation of salary management system,exterior and interior circumstances of Huafang Company by means of questionaire,interviews,data consultation, etc.And on the basis of the study.by applying theories and methods of human resources management.the author has conducted market-oriented design modification in accordance with the underlying principles of salary management to the present salary management system of Huafang Company.
