The Research On Salary System Design Of Chinese IT Enterprise

Following the arrival of acknowledge economy, the impact of information technology is gaining around in the world, and becoming the key factor to measure the productive forces level and international competitiveness. In the recent years, information technology developed very fast and became the important enterprise to promote the economic growth and technological progress. The research content of the paper is the salary system design. On the basis of lots of paper reading and collecting experiences of salary management of infamous IT enterprises in home and broad, The thesis based on the salary management of modern times ,directed by ideas of successful IT enterprises, combining the current situation and general existing problem of domestic enterprises,and designed the salary system of domestic IT to promote the encourage level. Based on the salary management of modern times and directed by ideas of successful IT enterprises, the paper designed the salary system of domestic IT enterprises to promote the inspire level by combining with the current situation and general existing problem of domestic enterprises. Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis is used to offer support to the opinion and measures of the given salary system. The paper consists of five parts. The first part, the paper described several development period of salary, analyzed the salary management system of America and Japan .The second part analyzed the characters of IT enterprise staffs and problems existing in salary management, pointed out the basic idea of salary management. The third part introduced design method of salary system. The forth part designed salary system for administrators, salespersons and technical personals according to the characteristic of different staffs. The last pat introduced the salary system of IBM and HuaWei which is the most successful IT enterprise in our china.
