This article discusses three modes of the development of enterprise e-Business: simple mode, advanced mode and complete mode. Based on the influence of the basic network environment, e-Marketing system and e-Business to organization, it expatiates the different phases of the development of e-Business and the strategies and actions that the enterprise should take. For the purpose of developing the e-Business, the enterprise should take full advantages of network resources, build or optimize the e-Marketing system, reconstruct the traditional business chain, improve it's organization, implement the rebuilding of the enterprise electronic routine, reach the perfect union of the new marketing system and organization, and finally achieve the business target. 'Contacting the Internet' is the beginning of the enterprise e-Business. Enterprise developing it's e-Business is for achieving the business target. The perfect union of the network marketing and enterprise organization is one of the most important evaluation for a successful enterprise e-Business. The process of developing enterprise e-Business is the process of applying the enterprise network and also is the process of rebuilding the enterprise electronic routine.
