Productive forces" is not only an important concept in Marxism theory, but a fundamental concept in economics. Especially, since Deng Xiaoping presented the conclusion "Science and technology is the first productive forces", the business circle's, the academic circle's and government departments' apprehension on the concept and importance of productive forces has been greatly improved, but, how to give a scientific definition to productive forces is, all the time, an important issue in academic field.Since the research of productive forces is an extremely abstract question, to reduce the difficulty, Shanghai Productive Forces Association purposes to work on enterprise's productive forces' Indexes system to study the subject exploringly, from which to gain experiences and push it toward deeper research. Therefore, Shanghai Productive Forces Association, cooperating with Shanghai Maritime University, fixes on this as a main subject.To bring effectively productive forces' elements into play, it's necessary to grape the effects of elements on the development of productive forces. Fully analyzing a variety of factors affecting the level of enterprise's productive forces, Shanghai Productive Forces Association determines to judge the level of productive forces from enterprise's administration, economy and culture, and every one of the three aspects is divided into several sub-indexes. Among these, there exist quantitative indexes, also qualitative indexes, so it's badly difficult. According to the Attribute Theory proposed by Professor Feng Jiali in Chapter 3, we adopt a new quantified method, thus the whole research will get to more scientized point.The method of Attribute Coordinate Study and Analysis in Chapter 4 decomposes the whole problem into the search of a series of local (simplex SynX), most satisfactory solutions in accordance with a certain preference. That is, first, the judge needs to choose some from a series of samples in SrnX and grade them, and get the local satisfactory solutions of simplex STnX by means of weighting and averaging; second, calculate the global satisfactory degrees based on the set of local satisfactory solutions, and sort the degrees.In Chapter 5 was introduced the research platform developed and called Productive Forces Index System, and the fruit is from the accomplishment of the above ideas. The benefit of developing the platform is to visualize the whole research work, and improve the efficiency and level of theoretical research.Last, Chapter 6 is the summary of the system and method, and points out some questions and points to be amended.In all, the Enterprise's Productive Forces Indexes System based on Attribute Coordinate Study and Analysis can study and simulate the preference and its changing procedure of decision-makers, and judge and sort the enterprises by global satisfactory degrees. Accepting the advice from users' feedback, the system can constantly be improved and give satisfying results to judges in the end.Good results have been produced by the computer's simulation, which shows the system can provide a choosable new model and algorithm for the research of the level of enterprise's productive forces.
