Blair hold the post of prime minister after Labour Party had won election in 1997,who was the youngest prime minister in British history. Labour Party had been out of office for eighteen years before it came into power, which especially catch men's eyes. Blair swiftly made British apart from tedium past which kept several years, and British displayed a power' role on the international politics arena once again. This naturally triggered national and foreign scholars' interest in researching and studying contemporary British politics and Blair1 thinking. Blair is famous for advocating "The third way" thought and carrying out appropriate policy in domestic affairs, which naturally gained much theoretical fruit. It is lack that how his diplomatic thinking embody "The third way" thought.Penmen discovered Blair permeating diplomatic thinking thought not only in domestic affairs but also in diplomatic thinking after surveying six years' practice since Blair was at the helm of the state. Although currently his diplomatic thinking has not formed diplomatic thinking system that is defined "The third way", "The third way" thought has been in Blair diplomatic thinking. These thinking mainly comprise "ethical dimension" in foreign policy, advocating erect "international community", carrying out "new interventionism" and acting as "bridge and pivot" between America and Europe. I attempt to study Blairism' diplomatic thinking though "The third way" method in this article, for simply analyze Blairism' diplomatic thinking. This article consists of four parts. The first part focuses on discussing "ethical dimension". Through dissecting this thought, I analyze influence that it posed to British foreign policy and its theoretical awkwardness. The second part analyze thought that Blair put forward abouterecting "international community". Among this thought, advocating international cooperation for resolving common problem human being face is positive, but it has fraudulence because value standard of the "international community" is democracy and human right that western country initiate, in realizing means respect ,it benefit itself. The third part probe into "New interventionism" thought, and analyze the thought' coming and developing, moreover criticize its unjustice by using ordinary international law and classics realistic and liberalistic viewThe forth part analyze "bridge and pivot" thought. This thought is divided two portions ,which are making British as head in Europe and maintain and develop "special relationship" between British and America, then evaluate the thought though British-Europe relationship and British-America, and point out that British encountered much resistance and political contain, that "special relationship" between British and America go with some contradictions and problems. In conclusion, if we give our contribution ,we not only should been practical and realistic in theoretically analyzing Blair' diplomatic thinking ,but also must rebut negative factors in his thinking in order to maintaining peace and security and establishing impartial, justicial reasonable new international order.
