In times of knowledge economy, hi-tech and service industries are the mainstream industries and knowledge employees' management becomes the essential section of human resource management. This paper studies the challenge of human resource management in times of knowledge economy to refer the implementation policies for managing and training the knowledge employee in China.This paper consists of five chapters. Chapter 1 and chapter 2 studies the development of employees in different times; analyzes the background and nature of knowledge employees; and discusses the challenge of human resource management in tunes of knowledge economy. Mainly, the knowledge employees' management model of the developed countries and area and the implementation policies for managing knowledge employees in China, are presented in chapter 3 and chapter 4. The latter section suggests that the state and enterprises must play an important role of the researching and practicing these policies to solve the bottle of knowledge employees' management in China. Finally, this paper discusses the knowledge employees' training in chapter 5. The training of innovation; cooperation and psychology are emphasized for China's knowledge employees to strengthen themselves. A case illustrates the establishment of training programs.
