Since 90's of the 20th century, knowledge economy has become one kind of major economic form, which makes the enterprises' motivation environment and characteristic change radically. The high and new technology enterprise is the most basic and active cell in the knowledge economy, and it's competition and development depend on high science and technology talents. Therefore, human resource management of the high and new technology enterprise is very important. How design and use the compensation system to motive knowledge staffs effectively is one of the great subjects.In recent years, the compensation system of advanced country enterprises has changed greatly. The traditional compensation system based on the post and duty has changed gradually into one based on employees' performance and skill. Pay related performance is similar to output motivation pay or achievement pay; pay related skill can be called input achievement pay. Pay related performance and skill has the essential difference with the traditional reward forms such as piece rate wage and bonus, and they all are the innovations of the compensation form and management system in order to suit the current change of the enterprises' external environment and internal mechanism.Basing on above studying background, the dissertation has put forward the scientific and practical scheme to the Chinese high and new technology enterprise compensation system design with some research methods such as the demonstration analysis and the comparing analysis.The dissertation is composed of six chapters, and the major content of each chapter is as follows:The first chapter briefly introduces the boundary and characteristic of the high and new technology enterprise and the characteristic of it's human resource, analyzes the present situation and the defect of the Chines high and new technology enterprise compensation system design, thus elicits the topic intention, basic thought and overall frame of the dissertation.The second chapter introduces the basic concept, function and classification of the compensation, and researches the development of the compensation from two aspects of theory and practice.The third chapter explains principle, mode and the procedure of the-scompensation design.The fourth chapter is the core content, expounding the main frame of high and new technology enterprise' compensation structure: wage + bonus + welfare + stock option.The fifth chapter analyses the compensation system of Legend Group as a case.The sixth chapter educes the conclusion of the compensation system design, and looks forward to the development trend of the compensation system design in the future.The compensation system design is a systemic engineering, involving a lot of content. This dissertation discusses all terms, but lays particular stress on some and chiefly gives prominence to the characteristic of the high and new technology enterprise.Besides systematism and comprehensiveness, stronger operation is another characteristic of the dissertation. The research achievements of the dissertation can be flexibly applied into the practical work of the high and new technology enterprises.In addition, ascertaining position wage needs to assess the position; ascertaining skill wage needs to assess personnel's seniority; ascertaining pay related performance needs to assess job performance; ascertaining the entire standard of the corporation compensation needs to assess the profit ability and payment ability of the corporation. Every kind of assessing needs a set of procedure and method, and more important is constructing the appraising quota system. On the foundation of the former research achievements, the author has put forward a set of completed appraising system to the high and new technology enterprise, which also is one of the innovations of the dissertation.Limited by the length, the dissertation can not attend to every aspects and every details of the compensation system design.
