With the frequent development of the internet, marketing environment and the consumer behavior change greatly, and e-marketing is becoming a new importance marketing method. The domestic and international business fields and educational circles consider generally that e-marketing has wide developmental potential in the future in the network economy, and it will have wide developmental foreground. Therefore the paper studies primarily the present conditions and countermeasures of our country.There are three parts in this paper .hi the first part the paper shows the base of e-marketing, the definition and characteristics of e-marketing, the relationship of e-marketing and traditional marketing, e-marketing theories and the relationship of e-marketing and e-commerce, hi the second part the paper analyzes in detail the present conditions, reasons and foreground of e-marketing in our country. In the third part the paper puts great emphasis on studying the countermeasures of our government, e-marketing ISP internet and all kinds of enterprises. The paper points out: e-marketing, a significant part of the enterprise marketing, realizes the targets of marketing by the internet, the computer correspondence technique and the figure medium. To develop e-marketing in our country, we should pay attention to the integration of e-marketing and traditional marketing and map out the new ways and strategies of e-marketing.
